Thank you for taking into consideration to be part of the 5th annual “Love Costa Mesa” City Wide Serve Day. This year it will be taking place on Saturday, May 14th, and we are expecting our biggest turnout yet! Last year we saw over 1000+ volunteers come out to 50+ projects across our city from serving our homeless community, providing practical needs to foster children, beautifying our community parks, and so much more! We are honored to facilitate this time where our whole community can work together to practically serve and make a difference in our city. As churches, businesses, non-profits, and City Hall work together on this incredible day each year, our hope is that it connects us more with one another, creates more civic pride/concern, makes a difference in some very practical ways, and leads to ongoing involvement by volunteers in various non-profits and organizations throughout the year. We start off this amazing day with our Morning Rally (8-9am) where we gather all our project leaders and potential volunteers for a big send off! This year, we are aiming to provide 100+ project opportunities (9am-12pm) scattered all around the City of Costa Mesa & Newport Beach for people of all ages to participate and make a difference. We end our day with a Lunch Celebration (12-2pm) with live music, community activities, and sponsor engagement.
